feat: add feature-flag subsystem with on-demand features install
...
- Move autostart.sh from bin/ to features/ so re-installs never reset it
- Add lib/flags.sh (flag_set/clear/is_set/value/list/status) + flag-reader/set/clear CLIs
- install.sh --feature copies features/* to /usr/local/bin with overwrite prompt, sets flags
- postinstall.sh enables autostart.service only when the autostart flag is set
- Document features & flags in README, DEV.md, AGENT_Context_Project.md

pos-docker-compose:
- Rewrote usage() with full config strategy explanation, path layout,
three-layer cascade, and quick-start guide
- Config show now prints the config file path and inline hints
- Config edit creates a commented template and confirms save
- Up output clarifies deploy vs start
README.md:
- Restructured Docker section with compose sub-section
- Added three-layer config strategy table
- Added config keys reference table
- Clearer quick-start flow
DEV.md:
- Restructured compose section with three-layer cascade diagram
- Added path mutability table
- Added full config keys reference

chore: rename project from myLinux to Linux_post_install across all files

- Resolved merge conflicts in README.md, DEV.md, postinstall.sh
- Updated all docs to use Linux_post_install
- Changed runtime paths (/usr/local/share/, ~/.config/, ~/.local/share/)
- Updated Docker labels (mylinux.vbox -> linux_post_install.vbox)
- Fixed clone URL to gitea.skink-platy.ts.net
